Terms of service

These terms describe how Braid View may be used. Please read them with the privacy policy.

The service

Braid View helps you view the performance of your businesses in one place. Figures are plain summaries of the records you add or connect. They are not financial, tax or legal advice, and not predictions.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your email address secure and for the accuracy of the data you add. You may only connect accounts you are authorised to use.

Plans and billing

Free, Pro and Portfolio plans have different limits, shown on the pricing section and in Settings. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Cancelling or downgrading never deletes your data; limits only prevent adding new items beyond your plan.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or place excessive load on it. Automated requests are rate limited.

Your data

You own your data. You can export it or delete your account at any time from Settings.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate but provide it as is. Connected provider data can be delayed or incomplete, and we show freshness so you can judge it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made using the figures shown.
